Is there are charge to have my paint mixed?
You only pay for the size of the tin you purchase. The online tool is free.
How long can I store my mixed paint for?
As long as you store your paint properly you should be able to keep it for up to 10 years -Read our article on how to store paint here.
Am I able to buy a sample pot of my paint?
You may be able to purchase a sample pot of your chosen colour, depending on the brand you choose.
Can I bring back a mixed paint, if it isn’t the right colour?
We’re unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been mixed to your individual requirements. If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate. This does not affect your legal rights.
Can I Click+Collect my mixed paint from my local store?
When you have mixed your paint, and added it to your basket, you will have the option to either have your paint delivered to your home, or Click+Collect at a store near you.
