Are your services free?
Some of our services are free including Click + Collect, planning appointments, online design and paint mixing. Other services will cost depending on the service requested and the partner providing the service. Always check to see whether there is a charge for the service you are looking for.
Do all of your stores have the in-store services?

How do your partner services work?
B&Q has teamed up with a small number of professional external partners to offer our customers a wider choice of services. Each partner is specialised in their field and a customer will be able to visit the partner website to check any information, options and terms of the service, including customer support information. Do I need identification if I want to use a service?
Any of our services which require a customer to be over 18 years of age, will need proof of identification. This information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
